Software from inside the building

We started as operators. Opening a coworking space on a revenue-share lease meant we needed to give a building owner a clear monthly statement, brand everything as our own space, and run room displays, mail, and parking without five subscriptions. Nothing on the market did the landlord part at all.

So we built it, and we run our own space on it every day. Every feature here is something we needed at 800 Seagate Drive first. That's the promise: if it's annoying for us at the front desk, it gets fixed.

What we believe

• Per-location pricing. Growing your membership shouldn't raise your software bill.
• The landlord is a user. Owners who can see the numbers are better partners.
• Your brand, not ours. Members should never learn the name of your software.
