What each platform would bill you
Put in the size you expect to be in two years, not the size you are today — that is the number you are actually choosing. Everything below comes from each vendor's own published pricing page.
| Platform | Per month | How that is made up |
|---|---|---|
| Floorplate360 | $249 | Growth, $249 for the first location, any number of members |
| Optix | $399 | Essentials at $229, plus 100 extra users at $1.70 |
| OfficeRnD Flex | £260 from | Grow includes 200 members and 2 locations. They price in GBP, and do not publish what extra members or locations cost |
| Nexudus | Not published | Publishes no prices. Per location, scaled by active users — you have to ask them |
| Cobot | Not published | Publishes no tier prices; per paying member, via a calculator on their site. Also takes 9% of external bookings, 5% of drop-in passes and 3% of event tickets |
At 150 members across 1 location, we are $150 a month less than the cheapest published alternative — and that gap widens every time you sell another membership, because ours does not move.
Figures from each vendor's own published pricing page, checked 1 October 2026. Nexudus and Cobot publish no prices, so there is nothing honest to put in those rows. OfficeRnD publishes what each tier includes but not the cost of exceeding it, so theirs is a starting price rather than your price. Confirm current rates with every vendor, including us.
OfficeRnD and Cobot charge by headcount. Filling the space raises the bill, which is a strange thing for your software to do.
Optix includes a number of active users per tier and charges for each one past it, plus a fee for every extra location.
Ours. A forty-member space and a four-hundred-member space on the same plan pay the same, so growth is free.
About these numbers
Why are two of the platforms blank?
Because Nexudus and Cobot do not publish their prices. Nexudus asks you to contact their team; Cobot shows a calculator you enter your member count into. We would rather leave those rows empty than put a guess in them and have you quote it back to a salesperson.
Why is OfficeRnD shown in pounds?
That is how they publish it. Converting it here would mean picking an exchange rate, and that rate would be out of date within the week — so the figure stays in the currency it was published in and you can convert it at today's rate.
Is Floorplate360 always cheaper?
No, and the calculator will show you that. Per-member pricing is cheaper than flat per-location pricing while a space is small — roughly under a hundred members on a single location. What changes is the direction of travel: their bill rises every time you sell a membership and ours does not, so the lines cross as you fill up.
Does this include payment processing fees?
No, and none of these platforms' prices do. Stripe bills you its own card and ACH fees directly whichever platform you use. The one difference worth knowing is that Cobot additionally takes 9% of external bookings, 5% of drop-in passes and 3% of event tickets; we take no share of your revenue at all.
How current are these numbers?
Every figure was read from the vendor's own pricing page on 1 October 2026, and that date is shown under the table. Pricing changes, so confirm current rates with each vendor before you decide — including with us.
