Who we are

Floorplate360 ("we") provides operations software to coworking and flex-office operators ("operators"). Operators use Floorplate360 to serve their members and report to building owners.

Data we process

On behalf of operators: member names, contact details, company, plan and booking history, invoices, mail records, identity documents required for USPS Form 1583, door-access events, and parking plate numbers. For operators directly: account details, staff logins, payment and lease configuration.

How it is used

To run bookings, billing, mail handling, door access, room displays, and landlord reporting for the operator's locations. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Payments

Card and bank details are collected and stored by Stripe. Floorplate360 never receives full card numbers.

Landlord access

Building owners invited by an operator see occupancy and revenue by unit. They do not see member names, contact details, payment methods, or mail.

Retention and deletion

Data is retained while the operator's account is active and for 90 days after closure, then deleted, except where law (for example CMRA record-keeping) requires longer. Operators can export all data at any time.

Security

Encryption in transit and at rest, per-operator data isolation, daily backups, and access logging. Identity documents are encrypted with per-operator keys.
