Floorplate360 as a Cobot alternative
Cobot charges per paying member. Floorplate360 charges per location and never per member, and it reports to your building owner. Here is the whole comparison, with their published figures checked on 1 October 2026.
What Cobot is good at
Worth saying plainly, because for some operators it is the right answer.
The most straightforward platform of the four, and a good fit for a single independent space that wants to be running this week. Clean product, clear ideas, no enterprise baggage.
- Simple and quick to set up, with little to configure before you can sell
- Honest member counting: drop-ins and free members do not inflate the bill
- A long-standing, well-regarded product with a loyal user base

Starter $149 and Growth $349 per location per month, Portfolio custom for three or more locations. No per-member fee at any tier, no setup fee, month to month, and no share of your revenue — Stripe bills you its own processing fees directly.

Floorplate360 and Cobot
Is Floorplate360 cheaper than Cobot?
It depends on your headcount, which is the point. Floorplate360 is $149 or $349 per location per month with no per-member fee, so a 40-member space and a 400-member space pay the same. Cobot charges in a way that rises with members, so the gap widens as you fill the space.
What does Floorplate360 do that Cobot does not publish?
A read-only portal for the building owner that produces monthly percentage-rent statements from the lease formula, and franchise operations as a first-class feature: a group, plan templates pushed to each location, consolidated reporting and licence billing. Neither appears in Cobot's published plans.
Can we migrate from Cobot to Floorplate360?
Yes, and it is included. Send a CSV export and we import members, companies, plans, open invoices and room bookings, each keeping a reference to its source system and original ID. A typical migration takes one week, running both systems in parallel through the final month.
When is Cobot the better choice?
Simple and quick to set up, with little to configure before you can sell. If that is the thing your operation turns on, choose them — this page is here to help you decide, not to win an argument.
