The service

Floorplate360 provides software for operating coworking and flex-office locations. Plans are billed monthly or annually per location as described on the pricing page.

Your account

Operators are responsible for their staff logins, for the accuracy of inventory, plans, and lease terms they enter, and for their own agreements with members and building owners.

Payments and fees

Subscription fees are billed in advance. Payment processing fees are charged by Stripe under its own terms. Text messaging is billed at cost.

Landlord statements

Statements are computed from lease terms entered by the operator. Floorplate360 does not act as a broker, property manager, or party to any lease, and does not guarantee the statement's conformity to a lease it has not reviewed.

Data

Operators own their data and may export it at any time. Floorplate360 processes it under the privacy policy and a data processing agreement available on request.

Cancellation

Monthly plans may be cancelled any time and end at the close of the billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable after 30 days.

Availability

We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the member portal, API, and room displays, with service credits for shortfalls on Growth and Portfolio plans.
