Room displays

Any TV becomes a room panel

A $20 streaming stick, a URL, and a pairing code. The screen shows who has the room, for how long, and what's next — synced to bookings in real time.

What the screen shows

In a meeting

Meeting title (or "Reserved" if private), company, time window, and a live countdown. Red band in the last five minutes.

Available

Green state with the next booking and a QR code to book the room from a phone for 15, 30, or 60 minutes.

Check-in

Optional tap-to-confirm from the member's phone. No check-in within ten minutes releases the room and logs a no-show.

Branded

Location logo and colors, or a full-screen image when the room is idle after hours.

Hardware that works

Anything that runs a browser in kiosk mode. Prices are typical street prices.

Security
  • Each device gets its own token, revocable from admin
  • Display URLs expose only that room's schedule, never member data
  • Recommended: devices on a separate IoT Wi-Fi network
  • Offline mode shows the last known schedule with a "reconnecting" note
Beyond conference rooms
  • Lobby board: today's meetings and events across all rooms
  • Hot-desk map: which seats are open right now
  • Welcome screen: guest's name and host when they check in
  • Digital signage: monument-sign tenant list mirrored to the lobby TV

Included on every plan

Unlimited displays, no per-screen fee, no proprietary hardware.
